During the online consultation, you will have the opportunity to present your health concerns with Dr. Hoo using the latest in video technology or by telephone.
During the consultation, you may provide the history of your presenting health concern as well as the results of any existing laboratory or diagnostic reports.
Dr. Hoo will suggest appropriate therapeutic options in accordance with the scope of practice for naturopathic doctors. These may include nutritional and lifestyle modfications, herbal or homeopathic medicines.

Payment Policy
All sessions must be paid in advance or just prior to the appointment.

Cancellation Policies
To ensure that your scheduled appointment time is reserved for you, we ask that our 24-hour cancellation policy be respected. Failure to notify the office within this time frame is subject to a $30.00 cancellation fee.
