First Visit Fee (1-1.5 hours): $140
Second Visit Fee (1 hour): $90
Return Visit Fee (30 minutes): $65
Short Visit Fee (15 minutes): $40
Extended Visit Fee (1 hour): $130
Missed Scheduled Visit (less than 24 hours notice): $45

Cancellation Policies
To ensure that your scheduled appointment time is reserved for you, we ask that our 24-hour cancellation policy be respected. Failure to notify the office within this time frame is subject to a $45.00 cancellation fee.
